art gallery rejected me, i've been asking famous restaurants that i've never heard of. The people at Tetsuya's are nice. but thats ok. 50 people havent found work experience yet. Drama 'Onstage' was really really good. like . really. The Apparently guy, the Newtown people. wow. the newtown people. usually i dont like newtown. but the way they moved was like so controlled but you couldnt tell it was controlled cause it was that good. and their movement was like dancing. and all the singing and stuff was so good. performing arts school. what are we? and AGRICULTURAL school. we get a ram on our logo. yay! actaully it's not that bad i guess. The Con has a harp. that's alright too i guess. anyway. the crazy ones were better than the serious one. i think because the serious one is hard to play coz we're used to seeing the normal everyday life serious one, like in animations. dinosaurs look real, but big cats don't because we know what big cats look like. they were good anyway. do you ever observe someone? just coz you've known them for so long you no longer look on the surface actions but their heart? tell me I sound corny and dumb but, try it. a lot of people are doormats. not a lot actually. but some people jsut bear with everything. i jokingly suggest something and then they actually do it for me. it was interesting to watch from afar. Throughout the fun, he managed to take care of things, remember his responsibilities, and yet, still have fun and not get frustrated with the rest of us as we flounced around unknowingly. how ignorant we were of just not noticing. we get so caught up in the 'fun'. if it were me, i would probably be so frustrated with everyone. so much care for us. and most of us dont even know. go on. judge me. say i sound corny or lame or trying to be deep. but that's ok. we all judge. the world would be a better place without judging. and i cant help it. i judge too. Apocalypse Now Kurtz: I've seen the horror. Horrors that you've seen. But you have no right to call me a murderer. You have no right to call me a murderer. You have a right to kill me. You have a right to do that, but you have no right to judge me. I remember when I was with Special Forces--it seems a thousand centuries ago--we went into a camp to inoculate it. The children. We left the camp after we had inoculated the children for polio, and this old man came running after us, and he was crying. He couldn't see. We went there, and they had come and hacked off every inoculated arm. There they were in a pile--a pile of little arms. And I remember...I...I...I cried, I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out, I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it, I never want to forget. And then I realized--like I was shot...like I was shot with a diamond...a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought, "My God, the genius of that, the genius, the will to do that." Perfect, genuine, complete, crystalline, pure. And then I realized they could stand that--these were not monsters, these were men, trained cadres, these men who fought with their hearts, who have families, who have children, who are filled wi th love--that they had this strength, the strength to do that. If I had ten divisions of those men, then our troubles here would be over very quickly. You have to have men who are moral and at the same time were able to utilize their primordial i nstincts to kill without feeling, without passion, without judgment--without judgment. Because it's judgment that defeats us. you know that feeling, right after you wake up and you've been dreaming? a good dream and that feels so good. you feel so good inside, there's something that makes you happy but you're not sure what. then as you wake up a bit more, start brushing your teeth. and then cold reality hits you. and you're back in real life again. i hate that feeling. i love the feeling after dreaming. i want to stay in that state of mind. but they say mental health is healthy with a balance so you should be sad.. why isnt it so with physical health? to stay physically healthy, just strain yourself a bit. why cant you strain your mind? w/e The lost symbol by Dan Brown is good. It kind of wavers my belief in Christianity. all my doubts. 'The bible wouldnt have lasted so long if it werent true.' and ' everything was written over a span of many years and many people. yet they all share a common message' i guess so. and i think, what if some guy just made it all up. some really smart guy who;s mind was so good. just for fun. or other reasons. and we've been gone believing this? what if there's no life after death? i guess the bible being true is more likely than one smart guy. all that time, going to church, praying to no one, believing you were saved. after Rice, after some church, some fm's i feel Christian. i let him in. but i keep forgetting. if you do the same thing again and again. and the story that Jesus died for us. Even horrific stories get worn down from the D: O: factor after theyve been told so many times. It goes in one ear out the other. it's hard to think. what does it REALLY mean. i dont know. what if. what if. who knows? that's faith. Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy. The Book: The Babel fish is small, yellow, leechlike, and probably the oddest thing in the Universe. It feeds on brainwave energy received not from its own carrier but from those around it. It absorbs all unconscious mental frequencies from this brainwave energy to nourish itself with. It then excretes into the mind of its carrier a telepathic matrix formed by combining the conscious thought frequencies with nerve signals picked up from the speech centers of the brain which has supplied them. The practical upshot of all this is that if you stick a Babel fish in your ear you can instantly understand anything said to you in any form of language. The speech patterns you actually hear decode the brainwave matrix which has been fed into your mind by your Babel fish. Now it is such a bizarrely improbable coincidence that anything so mind-bogglingly useful could have evolved purely by chance that some thinkers have chosen to see it as a final and clinching proof of the NON-existence of God. The argument goes like this: `I refuse to prove that I exist,' says God, `for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing.' `But,' says Man, `The Babel fish is a dead giveaway, isn't it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves you exist, and so therefore, by your own arguments, you don't. QED.' `Oh dear,' says God, `I hadn't thought of that,' and promptly disappears in a puff of logic. `Oh, that was easy,' says Man, and for an encore goes on to prove that black is white and gets himself killed on the next zebra crossing. Most leading theologians claim that this argument is a load of dingo's kidneys, but that didn't stop Oolon Colluphid making a small fortune when he used it as the central theme of his best-selling book, "Well, That about Wraps It Up for God." Meanwhile, the poor Babel fish, by effectively removing all barriers to communication between different races and cultures, has caused more and bloodier wars than anything else in the history of creation.
