Sunday, April 29, 2012 i apologize for the recent influx of kpop posts. a happy birthday shout out to linly wang, girl who shares a brain with me (: the truman show was good. as much as i don't like jim carrey, the interesting plot and his role of madness made up for it. i also must watch eternal sunshine of the spotless mind very soon (: my gosh. movies, and even songs now, are so good on taking you away.
sorry. i have not been feeling up to scratch.
i haven't felt like people.
reclusivity.
especially when people have people.
so much effort i cannot muster.
such overexpression and perhaps exaggeration of openness is slightly.. not necessarily offputting? well yes. kind of. not that i am not like that at times, and sometimes i dislike myself for it.
yeah. such enthusiasm in their mannerisms, and i should stop speaking like this coz it makes me sound pretentious haha but it is so catching, pronouncing your words with articulation.. anyhow, yes. such brashness and enthusiasm, all into the world.
so i end up being silent and cold for bits. and i dislike it when people ask me what is wrong. i don't think that it's because i don't like feeling vulnerable. maybe i am just annoyed that people actually do care, or pretend to.
or i just end up being silent and cold when they seem to be too because i am cowardly woohoo.
and do you think actions are part of people?
i remember when i was small, and i was getting scolded, because i was not very confident. i always accused my mother ' you don't love me anymore' and she would reply, ' we don't not love you, we just don't like the actions you do' and i was entirely baffled, thinking that my actions were a part of me, me without the actions is just the shell holding the name and position of daughter. i know not.
i think so though, your actions would reflect what you really are, but there are actions i guess that are not a part of you. do you think people's characters are prewritten? ingrained into what they will be like? especially over the past few years, i've found that our characters are very much like our parents, very much inherited. very much. in other people as well as myself.
as much as i enjoy people's company sometimes, I could also live without them.

like all these lives, you don't even know. when you catch the train, or even walk the street. all these strangers that you make no connection to, and once i did, and it struck me that she too had a life all of her own, her own troubles, worries, happiness, wow this is starting to sound like my belonging speech; a messy amalgamation of relationships haha.
